Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and fill the KYC form.

  • Guests are required to provide valid contact details (name, phone number, and email) at the time of booking.

  • A booking advance is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be settled before or at the time of check-in.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted modes (details will be shared at the time of booking).

  • Bookings will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Flexible Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking up to a certain period before check-in. The exact timeline and refund percentage will be shared during booking confirmation.
  • Late Cancellations/No-Show: If cancellation is made too close to the check-in date or the guest does not show up, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: In case of eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
  • Date Changes: Subject to availability, guests may request to reschedule their stay. Any changes must be communicated in advance.

Children & Beds Policy

  • Children of all ages are welcome at Classic Villa.

  • Infants (0–2 years): Cribs may be provided (subject to availability).

  • Children (2–12 years): Counted as part of total guest occupancy.

  • Extra Beds: Extra bed only mattress available

  • Maximum occupancy is 20 guests, including adults and children.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially in the swimming pool and terrace areas.
