Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and fill the KYC form.
Guests are required to provide valid contact details (name, phone number, and email) at the time of booking.
A booking advance is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be settled before or at the time of check-in.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted modes (details will be shared at the time of booking).
Bookings will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
Cancellation & Refund
- Flexible Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking up to a certain period before check-in. The exact timeline and refund percentage will be shared during booking confirmation.
- Late Cancellations/No-Show: If cancellation is made too close to the check-in date or the guest does not show up, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: In case of eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
- Date Changes: Subject to availability, guests may request to reschedule their stay. Any changes must be communicated in advance.
Children & Beds Policy
Children of all ages are welcome at Classic Villa.
Infants (0–2 years): Cribs may be provided (subject to availability).
Children (2–12 years): Counted as part of total guest occupancy.
Extra Beds: Extra bed only mattress available
Maximum occupancy is 20 guests, including adults and children.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially in the swimming pool and terrace areas.
